Sure Money at Text-Link-Ads

March 29th, 2009

Well, at least for me. I am earning about 9.50$ a month from . I am pretty sure this site is legitimate. They send money through my Paypal at the end of every month.

Basic requirements: You should have a website or a blog. If your site is accepted, they will ask you to upload a plugin. Then just wait and wait and wait. If you are blessed enough, an advertiser will choose your site and put their link on your website. Then just receive money every month.

The amount of text link ads depends on the popularity of your site in terms of search engine results and page ranking or Alexa.

March 1st, 2009

If you still did not hear the news that Adsense is into domain parking, then you better be happy especially if you are already into domain parking or have been an Adsense member, and you also have undeveloped domains in your portfolio.

You are safe making money here since Adsense is owned by giant Google.com.

So if you are interested in joining the Adsense for Domains, better be sure that your domains are registered with registrars like Namecheap, Godaddy or any registrars where you can edit the CNAME and A (ADDRESS) otherwise cannot join AFD.

I got JQR.org!

January 28th, 2009

I have taken my domain name collection to the next level by acquiring JQR.org. This is my first to purchase a somewhat premium 3 letter domain name, and my first with such a price. I bought it for 130$. The last time i bought an expensive domain was 80$.

Although, i wish it was a .COM. I’m pretty sure i can have my own 3 letter or 3 number .COMs in the future.

Matched.co.uk has shut down!

November 20th, 2008

I have featured Matched.co.uk awhile back. I just receieved an email today informing me that they’re no longer in operation.

Dear Jeffrey Wong,

Below is some information regarding your matched.co.uk account.
Please read this information carefully and, if necessary, carry out any action that is requested.

MATCHED HAS CLOSED
==================

It is with much regret that we announce that Matched.co.uk has closed.

Matched has been running as a beta experiment for some time and, after much careful consideration, it has been decided not to progress the project to the next stage.

As a result, Matched will not be accepting new sign-ups and will no longer be assigning adverts to its current publisher base.

If you completed your last payment run before November 19th 2008, you will still be paid, but please note that no future payments will be made after this. Therefore, we recommend that you remove any Matched ads from your websites.

Thank you very much for being part of the Matched.co.uk experience and we wish you the best of luck for the future success of your websites.
Thanks,
Matched.co.uk

November 10th, 2008

My application in Yuppads.com got denied. They were specific as to why i was denied of my affiliate application. But this is the email i received from them.

I regret to inform you that we have chosen to deny your application to
participate in the Yuppads Pay per Performance Network.

We typically deny applications because we do not feel your site compliments our offers. According to our program Terms & Conditions we reserve the right to deny participation for any reason. If you believe you have been wrongfully denied participation, you are encouraged to write back with your explanation.

To Newbie Domainers, Watch out for these Scammers!

November 10th, 2008

This domain appraisal scammer(s) usually pry on newcomers in the domain reselling business. They will send emails to the newbies basically asking how much is the domain worth, then the scammer will ask the seller to appraise the value of the domain. The scammer will be the one to provide where to appraise the domain. But the appraisal site is owned by the the scammer.

The scammers’ appraisal site charge about 39 dollars per appraisal. But those who were victimized did not received any appraisal report after shelling out the money.

The email usually goes like this:

Do you sell domain with a web site or just the name?

Domain without content is ok with me. Web site is not necessary.

Have you had your domain names evaluated in the past? I mean domain appraisals. Without valuation we cannot be sure in the sale price. It’s very important for me in terms of reselling too. But we must engage a valuation company with REAL manual service. So I will only accept valuations from independent sources I and my partners trust.

To avoid mistakes I asked domain experts about reputable appraisal companies.

Please check this blog with suggestions from other sellers and buyers:
http://webtalk.007sites.com/Archive/461239.htm

If, for example, the valuation comes higher you can adjust your asking price accordingly. It will be fair. I also hope you can give me 12% - 15% discount.

After you send me the valuation via email (usually it takes 1-2 days to obtain it) we’ll continue our negotiations.

What is your preferred payment method: Escrow.com, International wire transfer, PayPal.com or something else?

Hope we can come to an agreement fast.

Looking forward to your reply.

By the way, link in the email above (007sites.com) is also theirs.

YuppAds.com a Complete Afilliate Network

November 7th, 2008

I came across this site as text link ad from another site. Was lured by its 10$ sign up bonus.

Yuppads.com boasts of its wide array of money making way of earning through ads. This is not your usual affiliate network, unlike Commission Junction or Linkshare which could only offer CPA or Cost Per Action through its banners and links.

In their site it says:

Yuppads Affiliate Network is leader in performance based web marketing by offering CPA (Cost per Action), CPM (Cost per 1000 Impressions), CPC (Cost per Click) and PPV (Pay per View) Video ads.

They have featured clients such as Classmates.com, Ancestry.com. That could give them a bit of credibility.
